« This is a. Older home with updates. The kitchrn Is an awesome remodel. Only has a large couch which was Comfortable the rest of furniture are wood chairs. The bed was too soft for us. Very nice and quiet neighborhood and the house was clean. Would recommend this place for a short stay. Large back porch and screened in fence for dogs. Big refrigerator too with ice maker. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. There is a carport to park in and 2 comfy chairs on front porch. Large TV also...

« The cabin was really nice. It was super clean. The host was very communicative. The new floors were immaculate! Not much to complain about, other than the ac units were a little moldy. Everything else was 10/10. I am a photographer and had a wedding to shoot at Pretty Place Chapel and we already plan to stay again for any future bookings at this location. Thanks so much for the hospitality :-) »

« This place was awesome! Owners/contact was extremely responsive. Answering within seconds. House and property were secluded and everything they advertised. Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space, etc. even had garage space to park in. Ton of room in the house. Great views and access to brevard. We will definitely be back to rent this place. »

« Property was as advertised. Great value! Had an awesome stay. Amazing location for bike riding and hiking. Ride or walk right out of the driveway to Dupont bike/hike trails. Large yard for letting the dog run around. Had garage and bike stand for the bikes. two large covered porches to relax on. « This place was so cozy, comfortable and clean. We love the fact that we could bring our puppy and he loved the back deck. It has everything you need and then some – plenty of towels, super comfortable bed with extra blankets, nice pillows, fully stocked kitchen, and lots of little extras left by the host. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Brevard and perfect for our little getaway. We would definitely stay here again the next time we head to Brevard! »

« I must have overlooked the fact that this is a duplex house. I didn’t go back and check the listing description so it’s very possible I just overlooked it. It would have been very uncomfortable if other renters had been downstairs below us. I am Very sure the ad did mention “privacy”, but failed to mention that you can sit on the deck and hear your neighbors conversation. Plus having to back out of the driveway was a real pain. Perhaps waiting for the asphalt to be completely settled...
