„We stayed in your hotel for 4 days. And we really enjoyed it! The room was clean, staffs are friendly as always, and next to train stations, it was a walking distance to PNR Station, 1 jeepney ride to LRT & MRT stations. „Für Verwandte für einen Zwischenaufenthalt vor Weiterreise in die Provinz nach Flug gebucht, daher Bericht aus 2.Hand. Die Unterkunft liegt nahe am Flughafen Tacloban und ist einfach eingerichtet. Es entspricht auch dem günstigen Preis. Die Ankunft wurde per Nachricht über Hotels.com für den frühen Abend angekündigt, da die Rezeption offiziell nur bis zum frühen Nachmittag besetzt ist. „Reisen in Südostasien hat oft Herausforderungen: Langsames WiFi, lahme Klima, laute Bässe oder Kakerlaken. Im Gecko Inn war all das nicht vorhanden. Alles war in super Zustand, ordentlich und funktionstüchtig. Kann das Hotel daher nur wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man am Alona Beach Urlaub machen möchte und nachts dann doch seine Ruhe von der lauten Musik oder der nahen Straße haben will. „My husband would love to rate this inn 11/10. The receptionist went above and beyond, waited for us until midnight for check in and also booked a tour guide for whale shark swimming. It's the quietest air-conditioned room in the whole Philippines as per my Canadian husband. Super clean room. Highly recommend! “

„Wir waren in dieser Unterkunft für eine Nacht und waren sehr zufrieden. Wie schon mehrmals beschrieben ist alles was man für eine einfache Übernachtung benötigt vorhanden: Klimaanlage, Saubere Betten, Bad mit warmen Wasser und allgemein war die Unterkunft sehr Sauber gehalten. Die lage war auch relativ zentral. Plus Punkt für den Instant Coffee und die 3-Minuten Suppen die es dazu gab :). Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leisutngs-Verhältnis !“

"We stayed for 6 nights and had an amazing time. The staff is so nice and welcoming. The room was beautiful and quiet. There was lots to do in the hotel like playing games in the arcade room or participating in some water activities. The main pool is open until 9pm which makes it possible to swim after dark. Amazing! The beach is really nice as well and since there are life guards everywhere, we felt really safe. The whole hotel is quite guarded at the entrance with multiple checkpoints and safety personal (it is still possible to order grabs to the hotel though). We tried some of the restaurants and we're really surprised by the good food. We especially enjoyed the local bands playing in the lobby in the evenings and the Filipino buffet and cultural dance night! The breakfast offered a variety of delicious foods. Really enjoyable!"
