« This property needs some maintenance.....lights do not work - need new globes. The blinds are old and faulty. The sliding doors are hard to open and close - locks need WD40 to help them. The air conditioner in the 3rd bedroom is faulty. I rang and reported it and the person I spoke to on Monday 13th told me to switch it on and off at the fuse box which I did.
