« I was hoping for a great stay, realised when we arrived we have stayed there before - a few years ago and it was pretty average back then but we were hoping to see some great changes. If I realised it was the same villa I would not have booked.On entry the villa still had the same bad smell and as we looked around you could see why. « Great property, kids loved it. Only negative is not adequate heating/cooling, bedrooms had none and it was freezing, and couldn’t use portable heaters due to small children (they get very hot to touch). »

« Absolutely immaculate property. Maybe cleanest and most well put together rental property we've ever stayed at. Great location for Cowes and Phillip Island in general. Minutes to main restaurant and shopping area. We had 3 adults, 4 kids and with 3 large beds, 1 single, and 2 sitting areas it was plenty of space for all. And the cherry on top was the ease of arrival and departure.. The easiest positive review Ive ever had to make. »

« We had a lovely weekend staying at your property, enjoyed the firepit on the cool evenings. The beds were comfortableand there was enough space and plenty of toys and games to entertain the children. They did have fun with the karaoke machine. The location suited us well as you can easily walk down to the beach in 5-10 minutes and it is close to the cafes and restaurants. »

« We enjoyed our 2 night stopover to check out Phillip Island. The house was clean and well presented. It is well equipped with all you need including a washing machine and dryer. The game room was a hit with the end of the day unwind. The stairs are great outside although it did make it a bit harder to get stuff from the car in the rain. « Despite the making of a beautiful house the cleanliness and need of maintenance left me feeling very disappointed. « Place was great and would stay here again. Didn't realise it didn't have a dishwasher though lol. Place was freezing when we arrived so crancked the split system up and needed oil heaters in bedrooms which sorted the chill out. Will stay here again for sure. »
