• Basic toiletries are provided, but face towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and fabric softener are not included.
• Guests are responsible for taking out their own trash to the on-site dumpsters.
• Please do not contact the leasing office, as they are not affiliated with short-term rentals. All communication should be directed to the host.
• Shared amenities like the pool, gym, and laundry are managed by the building — not the host — and access/hours may vary.
• A key and amenity card are provided and must be returned at checkout. A $51 fee will be charged if lost.

Emergency Access Notice:
In the event of an emergency or urgent situation involving the safety of guests, the property, or the building, the host, property management, or authorized personnel may enter the unit as necessary. This may include, but is not limited to, flooding or water leaks, plumbing issues, electrical problems, gas leaks, fire or smoke, structural concerns, security or safety issues, or other situations requiring immediate attention to prevent injury, property damage, or further loss. When circumstances allow, we will make every reasonable effort to notify guests before entry.
