Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of the stay, along with shared access to community amenities including pools, fitness centers, playgrounds, outdoor BBQ areas, and recreation spaces.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

- $500 refundable security deposit, or

- $55 nonrefundable damage waiver

This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



The $55 Damage Protection Program covers accidental damage up to $1500. This does not cover smoke remediation cleaning, lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers, which are $200 per lost item.

To comply with legal and property security requirements, you may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, complete our verification portal, and in some cases, pass a criminal background check.



Your information is collected only for screening and verification and is not stored or used for any other purpose.



All guests must sign a rental usage agreement before their stay. By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, acknowledge that a valid government-issued ID is required before check-in, understand that a background check may be required if mandated by the property manager or owner, and understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.



Verification information must be provided within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, it must be provided within 1 hour. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.

DISCLOSURE REGARDING BUILDING AMENITIES

All community amenities—including pools, gyms, elevators, common spaces, and recreational areas—are owned, operated, and maintained by building management. Availability may change without notice due to closures, maintenance, or operational decisions.

While we are happy to report concerns to management on your behalf, we do not control repair timelines or amenity availability.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept that we are not responsible for disruptions or closures related to building-managed amenities.



DISCLOSURE REGARDING UNIT ACCESS

On rare occasions, maintenance staff may require entry to the unit for essential work. These visits are scheduled by management and are beyond our control. Refusal of access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.



FURNISHING NOTICE

All homes are furnished to a consistent standard; however, individual units may vary slightly in décor, layout, or size from the photo gallery.
