Gut: Sauberkeit
Overall the apartment was as the pictures showed.The good- the area felt safe, the gym was nice, the pool area was clean. Instructions for check in and check out were great. The bad- The back patio door was unlocked and open when we arrived and it was very hard to get shut and locked. The bathroom exhaust fans were very dirty and barely working. There were holes in the drywall by the front door. The front door lock was only held in place by 1 screw and it was not even secure. The kitchen had a drawer that was broke and barely opened. The community hot tub jets didn't work and the person in the office wasn't aware. The only issue that really affected our trip was the lack of the hot tub not being able to be used appropriately.
