Unfortunately, this property did not meet the expectations set by the listing. The home is quite run down and significantly outdated. Many areas show visible wear and deterioration, including peeling cabinets, chipping trim and paint, rusting sliding doors, and furniture in poor condition. For example, when sitting on a desk chair in one of the bedrooms, the leather began peeling and flaking off.Cleanliness was also a major concern. There was noticeable dust throughout the home, crumbs left in the pantry, refrigerator, and trash pull-out, and the overall condition did not feel properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The advertised outdoor "Barbecue grill” was unusable due to grease and heavy buildup.We paid an additional 600 dollars to heat the pool for four days, but it was freezing, my children would not even go in it. On a chilly December day, the pool temperature registered at only 78 degrees at one point, which is not reasonable for a heated pool in winter. It felt like a huge waste of money.The listing did not indicate the level of wear and maintenance issues present at the property. The only positives were the beautiful neighborhood and the amount of space, which was sufficient for our family. Overall, the home needs significant maintenance, cleaning, and more accurate representation in the listing.
