„My room was clean. The TV could have been better. It kept losing signal. I requested a room with walkin shower but got one with a tub.“

„Good, family friendly accommodations in Towson.“

„I have stayed here before and it was good. This time, we had an issue with the blinds/curtains. They are on a motor and we, and the maintenance staff, could not get the blinds down. Our room faced the parking garage so the lights were brightly shining through the window. That made for a sleepless night. The maintenance guy reset the power and still couldnt get it to work. This was around 1 am and we just wanted to sleep. The Sheraton could do better.“

„Personal war sehr nett, gute Ausstattung vom Zimmer, super Frühstücksbuffet - gerne wieder“

„We were told when we checked in that breakfast was until 10am. Then we went down to the breakfast area at 9:05am and everything was packed up and put away. Disappointing and added an unexpected expense of a breakfast out for our family of 5.“

„I highly recommend that the breakfast buffet gets rearranged. The cream cheese was located under the heating system where it was obviously being heated every morning. I got the worst food poisoning I have had in many years. Furthermore, the heating system in the rooms seems old and very noisy. “
