„Muy comoda y amplia la habitacion“

„It is a bit far from Florence's main sights (20-30min walk) if you plan to explore the city on foot, and the first 10 minutes of the walk are not particularly picturesque. For us, it felt somewhat overpriced at €500 per night, considering it was essentially a nice room without many amenities or additional services. It felt more like an apartment rental than a boutique hotel. There is no front desk; instead, communication is handled through a single contact via WhatsApp. That person was helpful ...

„This was some of the kindest and most attentive staff we’ve ever encountered! Truly went above and beyond for our family and made sure we were totally comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel - don’t hesitate to book! They will take care of you beautifully!“

„Check in was tedious but place was nice.“

„Sehr sch“

„Great staff and amenities. The breakfast and shuttle to the main plaza were appreciated .“

„If you are questioning booking here, don’t! Book it. The restaurant across the street got a bit loud on the weekend night but close the shutters as it drowns out the noise. The apartment was huge for Italy. So clean and in a prefect location above the best Gelato shop. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Just beautiful and the owners were responsive when needed ( I locked my phone in when I checked out, my mistake, but super quick and helpful)!“
