THREE SPACIOUS KING BEDROOMS

Our villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests in three beautifully appointed bedrooms.

Each bedroom features a king-size bed and its own private full bathroom, giving everyone the comfort and privacy of their own space.

With 4.5 bathrooms throughout the property, the villa is ideal for families, three couples or friends traveling together.

Enjoy your own saltwater plunge pool/hot tub, surrounded by the peaceful desert landscape.

The pool/hot tub is heated from April through November.

OFF-GRID LIVING WITH MODERN COMFORTS

Our villa is powered entirely by solar energy and offers Starlink Wi-Fi with a whole-house mesh network.

Staying here is an opportunity to enjoy nature while being mindful of the resources that make this unique property possible.

Electricity is stored in batteries, so we ask guests to use air conditioning thoughtfully, preferably saving it for nighttime. All water is delivered to the property by truck, so we also appreciate careful water use.

There is no emergency generator. Please read the additional details before booking to make sure this off-grid experience is right for your group.

Our secluded location is ideal for exploring the natural beauty of Baja California Sur, including nearby beaches and the famous Balandra Beach.

The villa is approximately 25 minutes by car from La Paz's Malecón. We strongly recommend renting a car, as there are no shops or supermarkets within walking distance.

Please purchase groceries and other essentials before arriving.

Our villa offers a unique, secluded off-grid experience surrounded by the natural beauty of Baja California Sur. A little preparation will help you enjoy everything this special location has to offer.

100% SOLAR-POWERED PROPERTY

The villa operates entirely on solar energy, with electricity stored in batteries. There is no emergency generator.

We kindly ask guests to use electricity responsibly, especially when using air conditioning. Whenever possible, please limit air-conditioning use during the day and save it for nighttime to help ensure sufficient battery power.

Water is delivered to the property by truck, so we also ask everyone to conserve water throughout their stay.

PRIVATE POOL / HOT TUB

Our private saltwater plunge pool/hot tub is heated from April through November.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION

Maravia is a peaceful, gated community approximately 25 minutes by car from downtown La Paz and the Malecón.

We strongly recommend renting a car, as there are no nearby supermarkets or convenience stores. A few beach restaurants operate in the surrounding area during the day.

Please purchase enough groceries, and other essentials for your stay before arriving.

INTERNET AND CELL SERVICE

There is no reliable cellular service at the property.

We provide Starlink Wi-Fi with a whole-house mesh network. You can use Wi-Fi calling or internet-based messaging apps to stay connected.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

The villa is located in a gated community with 24/7 security.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Additional visitors or unregistered overnight guests are not allowed.

GUEST CAPACITY

The standard reservation accommodates up to six guests in three king bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
