« Was very impressed to have such a nice hotel so clean and courteous in our small town. We had to plan a stay for the night due to our home AC on the blink and they provided service with a smile! Very pet friendly as well! »

« This was a one night stay for us as we were traveling through to Florida. Hotel was conveniently located, well lit, clean, close to shopping and eating establishments. Staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was too firm for our liking but we are used to a Purple mattress. »

« We had a great stay at Candlewood Suites in Dothan, Alabama. The hotel was very clean, and our room was comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Dothan area. »

« I usually stay at a Hampton or a Hilton because they are usually clean and well maintained. Our first room was still dirty with the door propped open and they beds stripped and no housekeeping till the next day. They moved us to another room that was supposedly clean. I cleaned the counters, floors, and bathroom before staying there. The pool was dirty. Keys quit working numerous times during the day. I usually don’t care about anything except a clean space but this was not it. »

« Well maintained landscaping and property inside and out. Friendly staff. Missed breakfast but the dining area was very nicely done. Room was mostly clean. Toilet paper was not restocked and there was dust on some fixtures. Fan in bathroom did not work. Would not recommend staying on floors 1 or two because the ceilings are thin, meaning that you can hear every footstep or other noises from your upstairs neighbors. Headboards were also loose and loud. »

« The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because the mattress in my room had a dip in it making the bed uneven to sleep on. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. »

« We had a roach in the bathtub. Sheets weren’t clean. They forgot to wash laundry so no-one had towels. There was underwear hanging from the back of the bathroom door. The list goes on. It was just nasty. »

« Unfortunately, our room had several issues. There was a strong mildew smell. I couldn't pinpoint the source. AT first, I thought it might have been one of the air conditioners but later, I thought it may have been a symptom of one of the other issues. The refrigerator door did not seal and there was a large chunk of ice inside that was slowly melting and leaking onto the floor. They did replace the refrigerator when we let them know. The smell persisted but they said they couldn't move us...
