„Makellos sauber und top gepflegt“

„What a gem! The location and the staff and the service were wonderful. Our room was breathtaking and comfortable. The food was good, especially the meat at the restaurant below. And the easy access to the lake and boat rides to local towns was super convenient. Everyone treated us like we were special guests, in a comfortable and good way. We’ll be back someday for sure!“

„Ordentliche und sehr saubere Unterkunft in Guatemala. Etwas versteckt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, aber dennoch top Lage in Panajachel. Sehr kleine Zimmer, insbesondere das Bad definitiv unpraktisch mit der Größe. Nachts auf dem Flur sehr laut bzw. wenig Rücksicht auf die umliegenden Zimmer.“

„Todo ok“

„Affordable rooms if you are passing through. Easy to walk to the lake and vendors, nice view to the volcanos. Breakfast is so delicious! 😋 The staff were so kind and they let me ckeck in earlier then expected after a long trip. I think they can improve the amenities. There should be a couch in the room instead of chairs and some extra blankets for cold weathers.“

The room itself had filthy mattresses, dirty sheets, and a "Mickey Mouse" water heater with dangerous wires hanging ...

„Hotel located in a busy area of Panajchel. Front desk was courteous and very friendly, same as other staff in the hotel and restaurant. Room was clean, well organized and the distribution of bedroom, living room/office space and bathroom was good.“

„The staff was great and everything was very clean. The hotel is near many restaurants and markets“

„un hotel sencillo, de los mas antiguos de Panajachel, pero con bungalows equipados y camas muy cómodas“

„Hotel/family house located in a safe area, however it was very difficult to find at the very beginning. The house is in an inner space, where guests have to walk through a narrow hall between two other houses. The is a sign on the light pole in the main street, however hard to be seen Juana was courteous and very friendly, same as other staff in the hotel. Room was clean, well organized and the distribution of bedroom, living room/office space and bathroom was good.“
