Conveniently located minutes from Mane street with the world famous Pappy and Harriet's, this home is centrally located to the hi-desert's most popular destinations! The Rawhide Ranch boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large bright living room with custom wood wall, full kitchen, indoor dining area, outdoor seating area and loungers to sit back, relax and enjoy the stars above for a night of epic stargazing.

*Rawhide Ranch is cooled by freestanding window AC units for the living room, primary bedroom and second bedroom. There is NOT an AC unit for each room so the property may not cool efficiently during the hot summer months.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

• DEPOSIT
We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages!

• WIFI
Desert wifi can be super spotty and can go in and out. We have the best service for our rural area but people needing full time high speed might not find those needs met here. Not suitable to work from home from this location.

• A/C and HEAT
The property has central AC and heat so you can be comfortable all year around.

• FIRE
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed.

If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine.

• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.
