Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this restful retreat comes complete for family-friendly comfort with highlights including a fenced yard, furnished front porch, and a hot tub. The garage is loaded with bike stands, tools, and accessories for quick repair and tune-ups between trail-riding sessions. After the day's adventures, you can unwind in the hot tub or gather for drinks and conversation around the gas fire table on the front porch. The nearby towns of Brevard and Hendersonville offer a bevy of charming local shops, gem mines, breweries, and dining options to discover. Asheville is less than a 30-mile drive north.

The bright and inviting interior sports a timeless, contemporary design and up-to-date furnishings ensuring complete home comfort. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. The living room sets the stage for casual downtime, and there's also a sofa and smart TV in the first-floor space for family movie nights. Home essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
