„The apartment was spotless. I arrived late and while in constant communication with the Host, they were very accommodating. The apartment itself was lovely and the location perfect. Only a ten minute walk to the center of Old Town. I highly recommend this hotel.“

„Wunderschönes Hotel.“

„Really good hotel, clean and nice room. Really close to everything in the old town. The only downside is depending on your room you may hear a bit of noise, but that is normal as you are in the heart of the city, but nothing too crazy.“

„Loved this property. Warm welcome, excellent location, spacious and spotless. Would not hesitate to stay there again“

„The apartment was great! Just as advertised, well-equipped, super clean and perfectly located within walking distance of the old town and the pick up area of tour buses. Communication was excellent. We’ll definitely be back!“

„Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr freundliches Personal.

„Besonders freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

„Apartement ruhig, Nebenstr. Altstadt, sauber, großzügig Kommunikation top, “

„Amazing hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, great Spa and massage options.“

„Great central location. Rooms very large & clean. Comfortable bed. On the top floor only Velux windows , so no view of the city, only the sky. Breakfast really good with many options & staff really helpful.“

„One of the nicest places. Everything perfect. Very kind staff. Good breakfast. They prepared lunch boxes, very yammy. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to everything. Next time in Krakow we definitely stay in Portal House Appartements again. Thank you. We stayed in a Junior Suite.“
