« The host was very welcoming! The house itself was fantastic. The stairs to get into the actual living area are legit. I could see someone with a heart or lung issue having a difficult time going up and down them. But otherwise, no issues and would recommend. »

« Great location to walk to Ouray Hot Springs (right across the parking lot), river walk and up Main Street. The condo has great set up for multi generational family sleeping arrangements. The 4 floors were great for youngsters to play hide and seek and for everyone to spread out. It even worked so one of us could spend the morning in private working. »

« We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo. The host was very easy to work with and communication was great from start to finish. The location was extremely convenient with a short 50 foot walk to Lift 7, the loop bus stopping right outside the unit, and the ability to walk into town within 5 to 10 minutes. The unit itself was very clean and well maintained. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others »
