„There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.“

„The location was excellent! It is right on the beach. The windows were difficult to see thru, probably a result of the harsh ocean environment. There was a hand written sign on the screen, ‘Do not open’. It would be nice to open the screen to get a clear unobstructed view of the ocean. „The location was perfect for me. Coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery store within 3 minute walk. Beach 1 minute walk. View and ocean sounds from bedroom and living room. It was secure and safe. The parking place made a great difference. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy San Diego and beach living.“

It is only one minute walking distance from the beach and a lot of restaurants are right next to the apartment. Michael was such a nice host and always available. „Go for the location alone! The patio is right on Mission Beach, directly on the boardwalk, and the views are fantastic. There’s also a wall A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom, which was a nice bonus if you want a cool place to relax or sleep after a day at the beach.“

„We enjoyed our stay, however for large parties we could have used extra toilet paper, and extra trash bag liners. The mini-split in master bedroom made an awful noise all night long could not figure after I turned it off why it was still making a loud noise. But overall we enjoyed our stay“
