Hotels nahe Strand von Woody Bay (Barnstaple)

„Very pleasing location with great view to Bristol Channel. Super friendly and helpful young couple is running it. If we would be in Lynton again, definetely we would consider to be there again!“

„We really enjoyed our stay. We were walking the SWCP and were glad to stop earlier on this leg. (Just dont take the road to the lighthouse and then climb the scree over the hill: steep and dangerous). The room was excellent. Comfortable. Delicious dinner down stairs, and lucky for us on our night, a live singer providing a musical background atmosphere. She was lovely, and just the thing to elevate the evening to next level.“

„Familiengeführtes Hotel. Frühstück a la Card. Sehr gut. Uhrig. Sehr gemütlich.“

„Urige Unterkunft direkt am Meer in alten Fischerhäusern. Gemütliches kleines Zimmer mit Blick aufs Wasser. Alles sauber. Sehr gutes Abendessen und ordentliches Frühstück.“

„The staff are top notch (Sue is a gem) the bathroom is a bit small but the Sawmills is great with a really nice vibe going on“

„Absolutely delicious breakfast. Very nice hospitality and friendly service. Thanks very good 😊“

„Nice b&b with nice view. Affordable and the staff were friendly :)“

„Lack of attention to numerous details impacted my impression of value for money“

„Broken bed on arrival and poor mattress (was replaced by staff). Very poor ventilation. Only one small window opened and the other small bathroom window. What air did come in was often smoke filled as the out door smoking area was right under the bathroom. A family room!. Outside hotel decorative search lights pointing to the room. Only turned off after 12am. Once I had to go down at 2:30am. Room only cleaned for half the nights stayed. Staff worked hard but clearly management saving money not ...

„Lovely little apartment.. very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! Hot tub was lovely and we sat in it and watched the sunset over the sea. Complex is quite run down but work is ongoing to improve the facilities. A manual for the hot tub would have been useful having never used one before.“

„The room, was filthy dirty, bed sheets smelt of mould wet dog. Cups dirty with coffee stains. Toilet filthy. Shower filthy, floor so dirty made your feet black. Walls all damaged. Smelt really bad in the room. Balcony outside extremely dangerous and broken. Floor uneven. No lights in the dark. Extremely noisy. Beds uncomfortable. Stains on sheets. Dust and dirt every where. The towels didn’t smell clean. Extremely unhappy. I didn’t take hardly any photos to proved as I’m sure the staff know.“

„This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception. There was a nice touch with tea making facilities and scones provided for the 4 days that I was there. I cannot ...
