« Is an older building/efficiency but it was renovated and everything was clean and worked well. Cannot beat the location and communication with property manager was great. My only complaint is that the bed is a firm memory foam mattress. Even if we had the option to have a softer topper out would have helped us to sleep more comfortably. »

« We loved the location so close to the beach, and the unit was completely stocked with everything we needed, including a noise machine! Coco's on the corner was a great place to hang out, listen to live music, and the shrimp was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay. »

« Love the many available parking spots in front, and on the side of the building! The check-in was easy and the communication was quick!The king bed is very comfortable! The AC was artic! We had to turn it down to 78. The place was spotless, and the unit offered beach noodles, chairs, and and cart!We have 0 compliants! When you walk out the door, you cross the very small parking lot to access the beach. 30 steps . . . . maybe! Perfectly situated. »

« This is an older hotel; and offers a full kitchen. The bedding and linens are very basic (Dollar store quality), nothing like a modern hotel. The location is spot on; you can easily walk across the street to the beach. The beach is quieter than the section near the bigger hotels in St. Pete; we enjoyed it. I would recommend this location, just bring your own towels. »
