„Staying at the Dorchester on the Beach was an excellent choice for our three night family getaway. The location was amazing - looking straight out across the ocean we could see and hear the ocean from both balconies. Three roomy bedrooms and three toilets and bathrooms were most appreciated. Kitchen had everything we needed and more and the laundry was clean with a new front loading washer and dryer.

„Golden Riviera is in a prime spot on the beach and close to shops, pub and lifesaving club. The large pool is lightly heated and is exceptionally clean and beautiful. The area around the pool is inviting and attractive with loungers, umbrellas and a barbeque area. The gardens are well-kept, tranquil and lush. „Das Breakers ist kein Hotel. Es werden Apartments vermietet. Die Wohnungen sind mit allem Ausgestattet aber es gibt kein Zimmerservise nur Sonntag wurden die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Für die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist man also selber zuständig.
Die Lage ist super, direkt am Strand und auch die Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

„Der Aufenthalt im Appartment Komplex war sehr schön. Ich hätte ein Appartment im 11. Stock mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Auf dem Balkon kann man wunderbar das Meer und die Strandgänger sehen. Zum Surfers Paradise ist es nur ein kurzer Fussweg. Das Appartment hat eine große Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bad und sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner. Im EG befinden sich die Pools, Fitnesshalle und Sauna. Alles sehr gepflegt.“

„Our experience at the Dorsett Gold Coast was mixed. The breakfast buffet is located in a separate building (another hotel) and was overcrowded, with only moderate quality. We were given the wrong breakfast time when we asked, and most coffee machines were out of order – only two were working for all guests. The atmosphere was hectic, and the price was not justified.

"Mold in the bedrooms and hallways. Had to switch rooms and there was still mold around the air vents, regardless of rooms being remodeled. The breakfast room was filthy and so were the hallways outside the rooms. The hotel is in a central location and is busy. Double up on staff, keep the hotel clean, change the carpets, vacuum consistently and take care of the mold issue. "
