« Had to move rooms 3 times. Once because the hot water in the shower didn’t work, then the AC, then the TV. »

« Very clean, looks like a brand new place. Staff greeted us and was very friendly. Room was spacious and bathroom was nice and clean with enough towels we needed. Wish breakfast had more options though. »

« Its just ok, no complementary breakfast, no complementary coffee for christs sake. Just avg hotel with their hand out like a 4 star. Pass on the future »

« Rooms were good and everything was ok as well. Only issue was not the fault of the hotel, the G.P.S. getting you to the hotel was all jacked up. It put us into the industrial area behind the hotel which required us to be about 1 block from the hotel. »

« Chambre 1119 avec lit king size très confortable. A une vingtaine de minutes du centre de Dallas. Très bon accueil avec toutes les informations nécéssaires. Parking gratuit sécurisé. Très belle et grande chambre. Pas de coffre ni baignoire. Piscine et jacuzzi extérieurs non testés. Petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix. Points négatifs : Situé au bord de l'autoroute. Mauvaise insonorisation ce qui fait que c'est bruyant en permanence même au milieu de la nuit. Offre "kickback" de 17h30...

« The shower was dirty and we had no room turn over »

« When my daughter and I arrived check in was very easy. The man and the front desk was very friendly. The staff at the front desk, were amazing for the 5 days that we were there. The breakfast was fresh and the lobby was always clean and smelled soooo good whenever you entered it. I bought a watermelon and had to ask if I could borrow a big knife and the front desk even helped me throw away the watermelon rind so I wouldn't have to have it in my room. They were all so helpful. Especially...

« Rooms were great. Loved the daily service as well. My only complaint was that all of the washers and dryers were all out of order and we needed to use them for our players to clean their uniforms. it was an inconvenience. »
