« Nice house but not set up for large groups the way you would think a 6 bedroom house would be. There is room for maybe 6 people to sit comfortably on the couch and love seat in the family room but no additional chairs other than the wood dining room seats. This meant it was quite difficult go get our group together anywhere comfortable. The kitchen was not equipt to cook a meal for 14 people, plenty of plates and glasses for take out but difficult to make even breakfast for a large group »

« We had a great time with another couple at this house! Great hiking and ponds and lakes are very close by. The house itself is cozy and with lots of natural light. It had what we needed and two huge perks were the hot tub and also having our dogs with us. Also the queen beds were very comfortable. Theodore was very responsive, warm and friendly! »

Jocelyn was so quick to respond and let us check in early which was so sweet! « I would like to share my experience at cozy house big bass lake. The owner of this house was very nice and quick to respond to questions. The house was very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I go to pennsylvania almost every year for vacation but this house was the best we have ever been to. There are a lot of fun things to do with kids in different locations.
