« This is a beautiful home located on the strand overlooking the beach. It's on the corner providing even more open area. The view from the second floor is magnificent. The location near so many great restaurants. The house is well stocked with utensils, coffee, tea, and many other of the comforts of home. The management is fantastic, very accommodating and responsive. All in all one of the best vacations. »

« We loved riding the bikes! There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, sand toys and a wagon for pulling everything you need to the beach. We enjoyed using the grill and sitting outside !The beds were comfortable and clean!The bathrooms were nice and clean as well.The family room was a nice gathering area and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking! »

« The condo is very spacious and exceptionally located. Wonderful corner unit right on the beach bike path/promenade. It’s very well equipped and has everything you could want in a beach unit. Very large balcony perfect for enjoying the outdoors and people watching. Also great are the included beach chairs, boogie boards etc. Hosts are very gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend!! »

« This is a great location for families. Our 1 year old grandson loved the beach, grassy area and playground. We have rented in Newport/Balboa a lot, and this was the most well equipped kitchen yet. The only drawbacks were that the garage wasn’t deep enough for my Traverse, but my daughter’s RAV4 did fit, and the coin laundry is kind of inconvenient especially considering the cost of the rental.If you want to spend a lot of time in the water you may want to look closer to 15th street.
