« The staff was helpful. We checked in extremely late and they were kind. The rooms were great, but there were a few issues. They were clean, however, the body wash was empty when we arrived and there was a nail from the carpet tack strip that was protruding from the floor, not enough to cause injury but enough to be noticeable. The breakfast tasted amazing. They had a limited menu you could order from and a few Starbucks drinks. »

« Very clean room Staff was grate. Breakfast was grate other then getting charge 2 time for one Breakfast told this staff that I calt it that night . He was very nice he gave me a coffee I told him it was the girl that worked the day before. He told me to call my bank and they will take care of it. Me and my husband in joyed every thing. Grate place love it. »

« We made a reservation with this hotel through Expedia and when we arrived they claimed our booking was cancelled. We didn't get any notification of this and it was past 10:00pm. I called earlier in the day to confirm our booking. We later found out an employee working earlier in the day attempted to charge our card (unauthorized) and check us in before we arrived. We reserved a book now pay at the property room. The night shift worker was very helpful with at least recommending another hotel...

« We chose this hotel because is was close to my sons house. Also, we read some of the reviews. It was rated good or excellent must of the time. We give a poor review. Since we arrived, we were confronted with one situation to another. Such as: we noticed the entrance and hallway floors were not clean and mop. We got to our bedroom and the iron board was broken.
