The house was unbelievable! The view of the beach from the living room with all the open windows was just absolutely fantastic. Dealing with the host was outstanding. I cannot express in enough words how beautiful the home is and how my family enjoyed being together on this property. We enjoyed all of the amenities the home offered!

This house and location are top notch and the host is very responsive. There is lots of parking, a spacious deck and a modern but comfortable decor. We loved the kitchen, the pool, the hot tub, the game room and of course the beach which is steps away. The beds and sofa are very comfortable and the layout is great for family movie night. Our entire family loved it! Definitely recommend!

We LOVED this home. It truly was the dream vacation we all needed! The pool and deck looking out to the beach was the highlight of this home for us! We have small kids and it was so nice to be able to go to the beach for a little and come back to swim in the pool. The home was beautiful and perfect for our 14 people family vacation! This place is absolutely amazing! It looks exactly like the photos and yet the photos still dont do this place justice. The entire house is kept so clean and in great shape. Plus they really have thought of every little detail. They have the kids covered: the bunk room is amazing, 2 pack n plays, a high chair and even a changing pad. They have all the beach essentials from chairs to toys. The pool on the upper deck is a great touch for being able to swim without getting sandy for a break from the beach. Everything inside is well labeled and you name it they have it covered in the kitchen. It really is hard to imagine a better beach house setup than this. Perfect for a large family get together with children included. We are already trying to plan another trip back!

This amazing home was thoroughly enjoyed by all nine people in our group. The house is even more lovely and spacious in person than online. It checks all of the boxes for what you could want in a beach house rental; it was spotless, everything was in good repair, it was stocked with high quality amenities-furnishings, appliances, 2 lovely spa tubs, etc…The house is beachfront with a completely unobstructed view which was enjoyed from ample balconies both upstairs and downstairs and we made good use of both the spa pool and spa tub.We found so many things to do at the house that we never even went out to dinner or anywhere else during our three day stay. We especially enjoyed the table shuffleboard and fire pit.Everything we needed was nearby including groceries, fresh seafood, and a well-stocked liquor store with nice wines and top shelf spirits.Mark checked on us upon our arrival and prior to our departure, and promptly responded to a question we had about a particular kitchen item.We all decided that we will be back to this house and even started referring to it as “our beach house” because we can’t imagine finding a better place for us to relax and enjoy time with our friends.

Great space for multiple families!

Our stay was very comfortable. The house accommodated our group/family very well. Nice and clean, great gathering spaces/amenities and comfortable beds! The host communicates in a timely manner and is helpful. We really enjoyed our time! Fun to explore a new area for all of us. Just a note about the beach - it is quite busy, especially on the weekend. The gated area downstairs is especially helpful with little ones.

This home was large, new, and just as beautiful as the pictures! We had such a great time and never wanted for anything. Thoughtful owners have thought of every convenience. Beautiful home in remote location

The house was absolutely beautiful and the views were amazing. I wish I would have known ahead of time that I could not get food or groceries delivered to the home. Someone before us had spilled in the oven and made a mess I tried to clean it but it still needs cleaned. The left front burner on the stove does not work. A clip on the pool is already broken. The front door is very hard to get latched and locked. The house was as promised but the area was a bit to be desired for my family. The restaurant choices were sparse and the grocery store produce seemed old. The ferry was fine but I was not prepared that we would need to take that almost daily to eat at restaurants. Since we were there in the off season many places on the beach were closed.

Beautiful Home, great trip!

This home is absolutely beautiful. It is conveniently located to stores and just 15 minutes from the ferry. Like many VRBO homes, the owners have a book waiting for your arrival to fill you in on everything. They have also included some interesting places to visit on the island. The home has just about all you will need. There are so many things to keep everyone entertained. The firepit is an added bonus. Some towels for the beach are provided, but between the pool, hot tub and beach, bringing your own as well is a good idea. You'll probably be in out of the water constantly. Everything in the home was brand new, so we ran out and got some aluminum foil to use to cover their sheet pans when we cooked to keep them looking new too (no, they didn't ask to do that - yes, I know it's a rental and they expect things to get used. I like things to stay nice for when we go back, and we will go back). About the only thing they don't have is a lift, so if you have older folks the stairs may be a bit much for them. The yard is fenced in which is great for small kids because there was a lot of traffic on the beach (which is common for Boliver I've been told). Thanks again for sharing your home with us, it was lovely!! Can't wait to visit again with the family.
