« Lovely staff and hotel. Stayed in a single room for two nights. Very loud group of people on Saturday night. Walls very thin. They were very loud in the Sunday morning too. Lots of door slamming . I did not say anything to staff. The staff of the hotel were kind and very helpful. »

« Check in was the worst customer experience I have seen in many years. I arrived in front of the welcome desk, the lady was busy on her computer, she did not greet me, kept eyes on her screen for a few minutes. Another customer was waiting with me being totally ignored too and not being greeted too. « The hotel overall is excellent, clean and the decor is beautiful. However, there are two minor issues that hold it back. Firstly, not being able to change the temperature in the room was a problem for me, as it was too hot on both nights I stayed in the room. Secondly, I do not know what was going on in the restaurant on Saturday night but it was chaos. There were three tables around me, and myself, and all four orders were wrong. It also seemed a little like some serving staff were trying...

« Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. A cooked choice would be expected (and was advertised) »

« The property is well located with multi storey car park nearby and the river views very welcoming. Check in late at night was a bit hap hazard, mainly due to process changes but when we really wanted to get to bed it was a bit delayed. The bed was comfy, shower very good and over all very comfortable. »
