Let start by the beginning, first we have ask to do early check in witch was accept with a message saying that it was ok to be there at 1pm instead of 4pm .We are from Canada tired and exhausted we arrive and the combination was not working we call and the answer was you did not give us your money and the cleaning lady apparently was not done so you need to wait til 4 pm outside good thing it was not...

« The location is really perfect, communication with Homaris is very good and they are very reactive. Nevertheless, the appartement was not very clean (dishwasher full, dirt in sleeping room), some items were missing in the kitchen. We were 5 in the apartment, there are 3 rooms with 3 double beds but they let one of my friend sleep on the couch to not use the third room. So we were literally watching TV on the couch which was also her bed for the week. »
