« It was very conveient to be able to walk to the hotel from the train station on arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. I was pleased with the size and cleaniless of the room. Glad there was extra blankets as Shimla does get cold. « My stay at Hotel Rajdoot was a complete nightmare. From the moment I walked into the room, I was appalled by the level of uncleanliness. Also not so impressed after difficult 16 hour journey from Delhi (holiday traffic and minor landslips following monsoon rain) to be told at midnight by reception that there was no booking.
