« This is a basement suite is in a new home so everything new and in great shape. The host was great to deal with. We enjoyed our stay. »

« The place was clean and private. Easy and close to many things. Host had excellent communication. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and appliances even though we didn't use it. They have a Keurig and k cups to use when we were there for you coffee drinkers. »

The hosts went above and beyond for us, even though we were only spending the night before our flight. We would 100% come back again. There's a beach nearby, too. « The property was clean but very outdated. The building was in need of repairs and updating. The bed in the « fourth » bedroom in the basement needs to be replaced as it was the least comfortable sleep. Also in the basement was a toilet inside the laundry/utility room. The front window has rust streaks down the outside. Part of our family only stayed one night so we moved up to the main bed and that was better. I would not bill this as a four bed rental unless the basement room and bath are...
