We’re minutes from a wide array of restaurants, shops, and activities. Just three minutes from Bradford St. and one additional block to Commercial St.



✨ BEDROOMS ✨

Three bedrooms are located upstairs.

➔ Front bedroom has a queen bed

➔ Center bedroom has two twin beds and a work area with desk, chair, monitor, and printer

➔ Back bedroom has a queen bed.

➔ We also have a sleeper sofa downstairs.

Our home sleeps 6 adults comfortably in beds. If you're planning to use the pullout and invite extra guests, please let us know in advance. Additional guest charges apply.

Front and back bedrooms have window unit AC which are installed at the end of May.

Heat is throughout controlled by the thermostat in the center bedroom.

Our bedrooms do not have overhead lighting, but a lamp is in each room.

Please note that the two bedrooms at the far ends of the house have closed doors. The bedroom in the middle with two twin beds has a pocket door that closes to the bathroom on one side, and a bifold door on the other that leads to a landing and downstairs.

There is also a pull-out couch downstairs in case guests wish to use that instead.

Our two fully renovated bathrooms give plenty of space for your group to get read and look fabulous! The main bathroom is downstairs, featuring a double vanity and tiled shower. Upstairs is the second bathroom, off the center bedroom and back hallway.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature! Our outdoor spaces provide the perfect setting for enjoying the coastal breeze and soaking up the sun. Whether you're cooking out on the patio or simply unwinding on the front porch, you'll find tranquility and serenity right outside your door.

There is a covered front porch with two chairs, an excellent place for morning coffee or an afternoon drink. An exclusive use patio is on the side of the home with a table and chairs to enjoy an outdoor lunch and a couple lounge chairs.

Step inside and feel right at home! Our cozy living area is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration. Sink into the plush sofas, catch up on your favorite shows with the Roku-enabled TV, or simply enjoy the company of loved ones in this inviting space.

We understand that your furry friends are part of your family. Our home is a dog-friendly retreat, so feel free to bring your up to two dogs under 50 pounds each. Please let us know in advance if your furry friend will be joining you on vacation. An additional pet fee applies. Please pick up after your pet so the next guests can enjoy their time!

✮✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮✮

Like many Provincetown parking spots, ours is tight and likely won’t fit large trucks or large SUVs as they may hang out the back end of the parking pad. Think Jeep Cherokee and smaller.

One reasonably-sized vehicle will fit no problem. Just please make sure you're parking toward the left side of the lot nearest our building, and remember to leave room for our full-time neighbor on the far right (he has a red pickup truck) to ensure a smooth parking experience for everyone.

For additional parking, we're just a block from the Montello-Bradford Parking Lot, which has an additional fee.

We take great pride in accurately describing our home so you know what you will be renting. We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others.

Being part of a residential community in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel among the homes on our street, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing. Sometimes, we might hear footsteps outside or another dog.

🐾 Wildlife & Community Environment Notice

Please be aware that our properties are located within natural and residential communities where wildlife and domestic animals may be present.

By staying with us, guests acknowledge that occasional encounters with animals (including but not limited to birds, insects, small wildlife, or pets owned by neighbors or other guests) may occur and are a normal part of the environment.

We are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience resulting from interactions with wildlife, domestic animals, or pets within or around the property. Guests are encouraged to exercise appropriate caution and supervision at all times, especially when outdoors or when children are present.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the shared natural surroundings.

Property Service Notice

Please note that routine property services, including but not limited to trash collection and lawn maintenance, and landscaping, take place on a regular schedule. These visits may occasionally coincide with your stay and can occur at various times throughout the day.



There's no need to be alarmed if you see service personnel on the property. These routine visits help us keep the property well maintained and are often scheduled by the homeowners association or other service providers, so the timing is outside of our control. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

- No smoking on premises.

- Quiet hours are 8pm - 8am. We cannot emphasize this enough. Please bring all conversations inside after 8pm, and if you're getting home late, please be quiet as you're entering.

- Be mindful and respectful that our neighbors are year-round residents, and we hear from them when guests are being loud. Your vacation is their full-time home.

- Guest’s or Guest's invitees, visitors, or guests use of any equipment or amenity that may be within the Accommodations or available within the Building shall be at Guest’s sole risk and Guest hereby indemnifies the property owner and agrees to hold the property owner harmless from all claims, actions, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from any personal injury to the Guest or Guest’s invitees, visitors or guests, and Guest shall be solely responsible for any damage caused by Guest or Guest’s invitees, visitors or guests.

-To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment, we ask that the primary guest be at least 25 years old.

❗📣 Please note: Any violation of our house rules, including smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, or burning candles, incense, or any open flames, as well as unauthorized pets, excessive noise, or parties/events, may result in a minimum $500 violation fee, with additional charges if warranted by the violation. Depending on the severity of the violation, your stay may also be terminated immediately without a refund.
