Free parking is available for 2 vehicles. Please park in the designated spaces only, located immediately in front of the white garage door. and immediately to the left of the building alongside the fence.

This home is located on a peaceful local street with year-round residents.

Our neighbors live here year-round, and your vacation is their everyday home. They like us, and we'd prefer to keep it that way!

We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and help us preserve the calm, residential nature of our neighborhood.

We realize that we have a large home with a sweet backyard patio. You are welcome to have a few friends over, but please use your judgment.

Our home is not suitable for parties, large gatherings, or pre-event hosting.

Do not bring the party back here.
Don't have a huge pre-game gathering.
A few friends are fine.

We use and love this home throughout the year, and we are delighted to share it with respectful guests.

We ask that you treat the property with the same care and consideration you would your own home and leave everything in the same condition in which you found it.

Our Town of Provincetown occupancy permit allows a maximum of eight (8) guests - 2 guests per bedroom x 4 bedrooms = 8 occupants max.

If unauthorized sleeping arrangements are discovered or occupancy exceeds eight (8) guests, an additional charge equal to 25% of the total rental amount or $2,500 (whichever is greater) will apply.

We take great pride in accurately describing our home so you know what you will be renting. We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others.

It's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing. Sometimes, we might hear footsteps upstairs.

For safety reasons, the fireplace is decorative and not intended for guest use. Thanks so much for understanding!

The property was originally a single home and has since been divided into three separate rental units. Please note that there may be times when the owner is also staying downstairs during your visit. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions to help ensure a comfortable stay.

By staying with us, guests acknowledge that occasional encounters with animals (including but not limited to birds, insects, small wildlife, or pets owned by neighbors or other guests) may occur and are a normal part of the environment.

We are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience resulting from interactions with wildlife, domestic animals, or pets within or around the property. Guests are encouraged to exercise appropriate caution and supervision at all times, especially when outdoors or when children are present.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the shared natural surroundings.

Property Service Notice

Please note that routine property services, including but not limited to trash collection and lawn maintenance, and landscaping, take place on a regular schedule. These visits may occasionally coincide with your stay and can occur at various times throughout the day.


There's no need to be alarmed if you see service personnel on the property. These routine visits help us keep the property well maintained and are often scheduled by the homeowners association or other service providers, so the timing is outside of our control. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
❗📣 Please note: Any violation of our house rules, including smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, or burning candles, incense, or any open flames, as well as unauthorized pets, excessive noise, or parties/events, may result in a minimum $500 violation fee, with additional charges if warranted by the violation. Depending on the severity of the violation, your stay may also be terminated immediately without a refund.

Rental Agreement
- Guests are required to review and sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement. By booking, you acknowledge the following key terms: occupancy is limited to the number of registered guests on the reservation; unauthorized guests, parties, and events are not permitted; guests are responsible for following house and amenity rules and for damage caused during their stay; smoking and vaping are prohibited; pets are permitted only when specifically allowed and approved; and violations of occupancy, party, safety, or other material house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.

- The agreement also includes terms regarding property access when reasonably necessary, amenity use and liability, internet use, security devices where applicable, damage responsibility, force majeure, and applicable governing law. The full Rental Agreement will be provided through the VRBO message thread and must be accepted as a condition of the reservation.
