« Très bon accueil, la direction nous a attribué une villa avec piscine privée malgré une erreur d hôtel.com sur la description mal rédigée. Nous avons réclamé un barbecue livré dans les 10 minutes.Ménage journalier dans les villas, Résidence très calme, service irréprochable, entretien de la piscine tous les jours, Jardins et rues communes très propres et entretenus. « Villa Alisa is in a great area however the listing photos are extremely old and the villa felt very run down unkept and unfortunately we found it dirty as food traces was still on plates in cupboards. We had to complain several times initially about the cleanliness then about the lack of facilities for eating with as there were only four main dinner plates and a lack of glasses. « We were very happy with the property on the whole, it was clean and generally well stocked, and the welcome package was a lovely touch. There were a few things that could have been improved - no tea towel, washing up liquid or oven gloves for example - and the en suite bathroom could do with a bit of attention (remains of a broken towel rail on the wall, no other rail and stained shower mat) but none of that caused us any major issues and would still highly recommend.
