Un accueil personnalisé appréciable. Prise en charge et installation dans la chambre immédiate apres Cocktail de bienvenue. Hôtel où tout le monde est au petit soin pour ses clients avec un niveau de standing à la hauteur. Le restaurant Gaby Club réservé à cette partie du complexe hôtelier est agréable avec un buffet varié et supérieur à celui servi au Gaby beach. Services à la piscine de très bonne qualité (serviettes en libre accès tous les jours, serveur à disposition permanente). Au delà du fait que ce soit joli, les transats sont très confortables. Tout est propre et bien entretenu. Les restaurants en dehors des buffets sont à réserver pour le soir. Vous avez à disposition une « conciergerie » dans chaque hall donnant accès aux chambres qui s’occupe pour vous de faire vos réservations ou vous aider en cas de besoin. Pour se rendre à la plage, des petites voiturettes vous emmènent sur la plage réserver à la « Réserve ». Vous y trouverez également une plage très propre, les grands matelas pour 2 personnes,.... Tout le domaine est magnifique, nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix. Un hôtel que nous conseillons les yeux fermés.

Franchement je conseil a 100% l'hôtel le personnel est vraiment très aimable et serviable, beaucoup de choix pour les restaurants, les buffets sont très bien aussi avec beaucoup de choix et de qualité. On a adoré.

Magnifique
Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous avons eu la belle surprise d’etre Surclassé dans la villa présidentielle avec piscine privée, face à la mer. Naturellement notre séjour ne pouvait être que merveilleux. Les restaurants à la cartes sont excellents. Ne pas hésiter à réserver pour chaque soir de la semaine. Barmans très agréables et beaucoup de choix. Plage très propre, aucune algue. Jardins exceptionnellement bien entretenus. Merci encore

Excellent tout-incus
Nous avions une chambre one-bedroom suite avec jacuzzi (2adultes et un enfant de 3 ans et demi) Chambre parfaite sauf pour les draps qui etaient un peu humides le 1er soir. Le personnel du kid zone est excellent et il y a beaucoup d'activités, c'est ouvert de 9h a 19h. Par contre, on doit aller faire diner l'enfant le midi, mais ils donnent des collations. Le service de drinks sur la plage et a la piscine etait excellent. La plage impeccable et assez de vagues pour le boogy board (depot de 20$ par planche) Pas necessaire de prendre un family concierge a la reserve car il y en a un dans chaque building quand meme pour les reservations de resto. Resto tres bien sauf pour le Gaby beach. On a eu 2 excellents spectacles et les autres soir il y avait de la musique live, c'était tres bien. Il y a le euro-bungy tres accessible pour ceux qui aiment et pour les enfants. Le systeme de navettte est bien. La salle de gym est bien equipée. Les activités étaient moins bien organisées que Club Med, mais quand meme tres bien. L'endroit est magnifique, beaucoup de vegetation, hotel tres bien entretenu avec de magnifiques espaces.

Très bel hotel
"La réserve" est une partie de l’hôtel Paradisius qui offre des services un peu améliorés. D'une manière générale, le Paradisius est un très bel hôtel qui donne directement sur la plage de sable blanc et après notre séjour, nous nous demandons s'il est vraiment nécessaire d'opter pour l'option "la réserve". La réserve se trouve en retrait de la plage et possède sa propre piscine et son propre restaurant self-service. Pour notre part nous avons passé la pus grande partie de nos journées au bord de la plage ou à la très belle piscine du Paradisius située à proximité de la plage. En ce qui concerne la chambre, il s'agissait d'une mini-suite avec tout le confort avec toutefois un bémol, on entend très bien les voisins. En plus des restaurants self-services, l’hôtel Paradisius dispose de plusieurs restaurants "à la carte". Enfin, nous avons été un peu déçus par le matériel du centre nautique sur la plage qui ne dispose que de 2 malheureux catamarans un peu fatigués. Pour un hôtel de cette taille, c'est un peu surprenant!

8 jours extra passés dans cet hôtel où tout est fait pour satisfaire les clients. Un jardin exotique immense et fantastique, une plage propre, entretenue sur Bavaro, une structure hôtelière très confortable de belles chambres spacieuses 44m2, un personnel attentionné généralement sympathique et une nourriture variée et de qualité. A recommander. On y retournera.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, grâce a un personnel aux petits soins et a un cadre paradisiaque. Situé au cœur d'un jardin somptueux et extrêmement bien entretenu, au bord d'une magnifique plage de sable blanc, l'hotel offre toutes les infrastructures pour la détente, les loisirs, etc. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute a The Réserve at Paradisus.

Hotel magnifique
L'hôtel porte bien son nom il est paradisiaque! Superbe hotel bien entretenu, le personnel est fort agréable toujours à disposition et à l'écoute. Je recommande la piscine privée de la Réserve un peu plus calme que celle principale où l'ambiance est plus festive, il y en a pour tous les goûts et surtout vous ne risquez pas de vous ennuyer avec les animations proposées chaque jour.

We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all!

We reserved at The Reserve at Paradisus Punta Cana, but were moved to Paradisus Palma Real to a lesser category (not The Reserve) due to the other being under remodeling/demolition that was already undergoing at the time of our reservation!!! Extremely disappointed.

The property itself was well kept. Everything regarding the structure and and the vast majority of the staff was superb. The meals were vast in terms of variety. There was no disappointment there. The only negative about the property was reporting an issue regarding the in room phone and closet to the front desk on our first night and no one took the initiative to resolve our issue not until the night before having to check out. I reported the two issues of the phone in the room not working. I was not able to dial room service nor the front desk. As a matter of fact you would only get a dial tone when picking up the phone. Aside from that, none of the buttons worked. There was no feedback when a button was pressed. Part of the sliding door closet was stuck which prevented me from putting my belongings in there. I reported these matters to the front desk on the first night. We were informed they would reset the phone in addition to sending someone to look at the closet. Sadly none of that was attended to. Not till i was in bed getting rest to leave the next morning the phone rings to an agent on the other end asking if the phone works fine. I politely responded with yes not even bothering to check because it made no difference to me to check when i was not going to utilize the phone. The response to issues was not the finest!

our mini vacay to Punta Cana
This Resort is listed as a 5 star resort, Service at check in was amazing. The Resort outside looks is amazing and very nice! the Bracelet room key is great. but room is old, full kitchen has not pots, plates, cups or utensil. last night on my trip i notice that the windows did not lock... it was open at one point. the pool opens at 7am, but no towel service till 10am. the pool close at 6pm :-( 13 restaurant. only found 8, and not all are open. the restaurants that are open will alternate nights, and you need a reservation for all restaurants. for breakfast only the buffet is open, for lunch only buffet and an adult only restaurant. abd dinner like i said it alternate nights. The only swim up bar was closed ;-( you needed to get out of the pool and into the top bar to get a drink. No music in pool area in the morning, and no service for at the beach. Most staff did not know the resort and the places thing were at, asked questions and a i dont know was many answers.

It was an overall beautiful property . There was fun activity to do during the stay . I especially loved painting and Yoga with “ Happy Boy “! The pool was amazing . My only gripe would be the food was just ok. I really enjoyed my stay overall and would love to come back soon .

Gustavo Rivera did great service at our stay. Pelegrin Garcia did great service and was nice to work with. Francier did great job as our waiter. Overall, we were happy with the Resort.

Is a gorgeous place, the staff was incredibly professional with very good customer service skills and personal concerned about the wellbeing of the guests.That was at least my experience. About the cleaning aspect: the elevator has a really bad smell!,there were flies all over the food in the buffet at the counters.The food was not that good.

Satisfied after visiting the Majestic Resort last year, this time I decided to choose a slightly more expensive Paradisus Punta Cana, but it was the wrong choice after all. Wow, it's a star in the sky to open an Italian restaurant and open other restaurants for a while, or to make a reservation without opening in-house. I guess it was because there were no people, but I drank 12 meals in a similar pattern, so I became a diet later. There, the staff of Launer Jean kindly gave the resort explanation one round, so I was relieved and put two out of five stars. No soundproofing, no sleep installer program. I am not willing to visit again.

Room was not ready for check-in at 4:20pm. Had to wait 25 minutes. 1st room had no TV reception & safe was not working. 2nd room, entrance door lock did not work upon arrival, both phones not working, night stand light in living room not working, ceiling light in bathroom not working, mini bar refrigerator door would not close, hair on shower floor and on hair dryer handle, bathtub did not look clean, when i used a wet wash cloth on the bathtub bottom, it came out black, made restaurant reservation and concierge made the reservation for the evening on the day that I was leaving in error.....never saw or talked to a manager. Very poorly run hotel!

Did not like that they said they did upgrade us , to ocean view Room but when we got there it was not and we had to pay extra $577 for 4 night to get room that we liked of which 1 st night had only partial view , and on complaining they moved ur to oven view , which was excellent view

We did not stay at this property. We booked this property but were upgraded to a different location. This proved to be a big pain in the butt! We tried telling people that we were upgraded to somewhere else. They made us go to this location. They ended up having to order us a taxi to the new location. Everyone needed to be kept in the loop so we were not hassled during our areival
