The residence is designed for up to four adults and two children.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the condo and terrace. Shared Faro de Mita amenities include the swimming pool, palapa, BBQ area, gardens and gated beach walkway. Secure parking is available. The pool, palapa, BBQ and outdoor spaces are shared with other residents and guests.

Faro de Mita is a gated residential community near El Anclote Beach and the Punta de Mita village center. Guests can walk to restaurants, cafés, local shops, surf breaks and water activities. The location offers convenient access to the area’s coastal lifestyle while providing the privacy and security of a residential community.



Getting Around:

The beach, restaurants, cafés, shops and surf breaks are within walking distance. Golf carts and taxis are available nearby, while airport transfers and private transportation can be arranged through the concierge.



Other Things to Note:

The condo accommodates a maximum of four adults and two children. Bedroom 3 is a compact bunk room intended for children and should not be represented as a full adult bedroom. Daily housekeeping is provided except Sundays. The pool, palapa and BBQ are shared amenities.
