Casa Caicos Waterfront Retreat: Pool, Hot Tub & Golf Simulator

Welcome to Casa Caicos, a spacious two-story waterfront retreat in Punta Gorda Isles with over 3,000 square feet, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms.

Relax by the pool and hot tub with canal views, enjoy the golf simulator and indoor rock-climbing wall, or gather in the bright living spaces and upscale kitchen. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, heating, an indoor fireplace, washer and dryer, free parking, and EV charging add comfort and convenience.

Walk approximately 500 feet to Fishermen’s Village for dining and shopping, or explore downtown, only a quarter-mile away. Boaters can reach open water in about five minutes through the scenic canals. Dock access is available. Boat-lift availability and boat compatibility must be confirmed before use.

Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed with an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed on the second floor.
Bedroom 3: Full bed, twin bunk above it, and pull-out twin bed on the second floor.
Bedroom 4: Twin bunk sleeping arrangements in a room previously used as an office.

Please note:
Pool heating is available for an additional charge, by arrangement.
Parking accommodates approximately 5–7 vehicles, depending on vehicle size.
Use the indoor climbing wall with caution, stay within your abilities, and supervise children closely.
Exterior security cameras are located at the front and rear doors. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided.
Personal belongings will be removed before guest stays. Some furnishings may differ from those pictured.
