« Spotlessly clean hotel with the nicest most helpful staff, and my husband had the big welsh breakfast and raved about it every day and they were very helpful with my dietary needs, nothing was too much trouble and the evening meal we had was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and we will certainly stay here again. Even our dog was treated to a bowl of sausage of a morning, we can find no fault. »

« Spotlessly clean. Well equipped.
Great position and waterside views from front. Occasional train noise at rear.
We were there in heatwave so a couple of fans would have been useful. »

« We absolutely loved our stay here, the cottage is old and many would say requires modernisation but we felt it all added to its character and charm. The beds were comfy as were the sofas and the kitchen was fully supplied with everything you could need.
The grounds were fantastic and we had many games of football, rounders and hide and seek with a group of 4 children under 10. We spent every evening outdoors and made the most of the hot tub and the bbq. The views from the garden are also...

« Good value but the whole house could do with a thorough deep clean and a review of condition of fixing and fixtures plus updating. It would also be good to ensure there are suitable kitchen pans and tools as would be expected for a house that houses 10 occupants.
As well as a deep clean, it would be nice that someone ensured all cutlery and plates were in a clean state prior to being occupied as we had to wash everything before use.
Despite this we had an excellent short stay. »
