« Our visit was planned to join family who were camping nearby. We requested a twin room and was very disappointed to be given a disabled room although clean was very basic. Breakfast order was requested and a time at which to eat it even before given keys to our room. I can understand that if the breakfast was served on arrival. However, bacon and sausage has obviously been sitting keeping warm for a while. Second day requested a lighter alternative. Overall the place was very clean and staff...

« Cottage was lovely and Cosy host was very nice we only arrived late and was met and offered a cup of tea which was nice. The only downside for us was not any private space for us and kids and dogs as it is joined to owners home other than that was a nice little break away »

« We enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage. There were some initial issues which were resolved by the owner very promptly. The information from Oyster Cottages describes a Superking size bed in the main room, It is a very comfy bed in a lovely room but it is only a Kingsized. The two singles in the 2nd bedroom downstairs can be converted to a Superking size though.
My score of 3 on cleanliness is due to this being an old property and there were inevitable cobwebs in nooks and crannies but we found...
