Bateaux-maisons à Quartier West End

« Room was seemed very clean and bathroom too. Woke up the next morning and there was a mouse poo on the sink. There seems to be a hole beside the pipe that comes out of the side wall where pipe comes out. Needs to be filled. Bed was very comfortable and air-conditioning was nice and very cold. Has a fridge and microwave. No coffee machine. Had to go to front desk area to get coffee. I know the hotel is very close to the beach, so sand can be an issue in halls. However, someone smaked their shoes...

« Pas une très bonne expérience sauf pour le stationnement gratuit pour la durée de la croisière (on peut se rendre au port en taxi et économiser des frais de stationnement). La chambre était très sale (drap, évier, douche, etc.), de la poussière +++, très vieille et le mobilier était brisé (chaise avec un barreau de casser). Internet très très très lent et difficile... Un train qui passe à une dizaine de mètres de la chambre à 1h00 AM (et qui siffle)... »

« Room had smell. Had long line on the check in, had to wait a looong time. Breakfast was horrible. No coffee on the reception area, they only serve coffee in the morning. Breakfast area/reception area had indian smell. »

« We were there from sunday till thursday and the room didn’t get cleaned at all. We asked the front desk to get it cleaned and we were told they don’t have housekeeping every day. »

« My family of 4 was forced to constantly ask for towels from day one because staff only provided sets for 3, even though front desk saw it was 4 people. The manager stated because we used a third party to book, they had no way of knowing how many would arrive. But to that I say, once we checked in and you counted 4 people, there should have been an adjustment. This was an inconvenience from the start, which made us feel like we were annoying the staff. There were stains which looked permanent...

« Wasn’t looking for more than a place to shower and sleep after a 14 1/2 hour drive. The woman that checked us in was not rude to say the least, all But the woman that checked us out was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and we had a parking spot right near our door. »
