Super easy arrival and departure and Thommo replied promptly to all communication including putting us in touch with a local travel and tour operator for excursions. Recommend the half day snorkel tour from Palm Cove. Highly recommend this apartment nestled amongst lush tropical gardens and pools. “

„Whilst the accommodation was ok, there were quite a few maintenance issues that need correcting. The lockbox refused to open despite many attempts on arrival and departure to open it. If another tenant had not assisted me I have no idea how long I would have been waiting out front to enter. The owner was informed and offered a gift card, but nobody attended to fix it while I was there. “

„There was very little information on the site about the property so I didn't realise that it was 2 storeys with 3 bedrooms upstairs - fortunately there was a bedroom downstairs. The location was excellent and the host was very helpful and responsive. It's in a lovely position on the canals.“
