This studio apartment is located in a multi-level building in Frankton, close to Remarkables Park, with living areas that look out to the mountains.



The layout flows from the entry door into the studio, with the kitchen on the left, the bathroom straight ahead, and the dining/bedroom area to the right.

Bathrooms: One bathroom with a shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV, and underfloor heating.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a two-burner cooktop, Eurotech dishwasher, Eurotech fridge, convection inverter microwave, rice cooker, and toaster.

Stairs: No internal stairs

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and keep the extraction fan turned on



Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.



Baby accessories (portacot, high chair, baby bath) are available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
