The Space

A studio apartment on a single level, in the Marina Apartments on the Frankton Road waterfront.

Bedrooms: Open-plan studio sleeping area with a heat pump and, Smart TV.

Bathrooms: One bathroom with a walk in shower.

Kitchenette: Not a full kitchen. Equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, mini fridge, compact air fryer and, air fryer liner.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

Marina Apartments sit right on the waterfront of Lake Wakatipu, with the marina, beach, and cycle trail all on the doorstep. It's a short walk walk to Altitude Brewery or the Boatshed Cafe for breakfast or lunch, with Frankton shops close by.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: None into the property. just a little step at the door

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (300 litres shared with the two bedroom apartment) with a set amount, so we recommend spacing out longer showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 2 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
