« Patrice at the front desk was so welcoming. The Clubhouse dinner entrees were very generous in size. The pool side service was great! Loved the pool, so relaxing. »

« This was a wonderful stay. The staff was great. Everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent. The evening dinner was great too. 3 free alcoholic beverages per adult. The pool was nice as well. I will stay there again. I recommend this Drury Inn and Suites to everyone. »

« A message was posted informing guest that the bed linen and bath towels would be changed every other day. If you requested the changes be done the staff would compile. »

« The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location near the airport was excellent. We left before breakfast so cannot comment on that. Our biggest complaint was that the door into our room dragged so badly on the floor that it could not be opened the entire way. And when we mentioned it the next morning we were told it was a known problem! Why assign us that room then? The hotel did not appear to be full. This the poor rating. »

La pompe de la piscine s'est arrêtée pendant notre sejour et n'a pas été réparée. Nous n'avons donc pu bénéficier de la piscine. De plus, les Bar-b-cues extérieurs étaient non utilisables car trop sales et non performants. »

« The safe was not working and the bathroom door would not close. Random hairs throughout the bathroom and generally not clean. Shower head could not be adjusted and fell to the bottom when left alone. Staff was very nice, especially the breakfast host and front desk. We have stayed multiple times at this property and each time it slips a little more. Property is beautiful but just needs attention to detail. »

« As of April 2026 this place is nearly new. It’s a unique set up to me. It’s a Homewood Suites on one side and HGI on the other, shares the same lobby. My only 2 issues are that breakfast on the HGI side is lactate $15, and it’s prob not worth $5. Empty dishes, empty coffee and non helpful staff. We had a check in issue and were told the manager was off on Saturdays and could not help us, but he was actually just around the corner and finally came out. It will take a little intentional...

« Property in a good location, and it is relatively new. Only real down side was the fact that there were piles of dirty towels and linens in the halls. We thought someone would eventually pick them up, but no one did after several hours. Around 7 pm, we pointed this out to the front desk. The attitude was really shocking. We thought they would want to know that piles of dirty linens and towels had been left in the hall. Instead, the front desk person asked with a huff, “you want me to do...
