Don't Do It!
Owner collecting money and not putting a dime back into the place. The driveway is all broken up. The front porch is covered in cob webs with the furniture is covered in tree moss and the cushions busting out of the seams. The kitchen was full of items left behind by others. They need new pots, pans and silverware. Every bed was old and made noise whenever you moved. The floors in the kitchen and living room were shifting and I had to tape them down so my family could stop tripping. The landscaping wasn't done until i complained about it. The deck was full of cob webs and molded chair cushions. I had to clean them myself. The large bedroom with three beds had a broken closet mirror, very dangerous and the toilet wasn't working and had to be repaired. The master bedroom bathroom had a fabric shower curtain that needed to be replaced and a shower liner that was cut in half and taped back together. At 11:30p a roach strolled out of the kitchen electrical socket and water bugs started to turn up belly up as the trip progressed. The only two nice things about the place was the pool which needs indications of depth and the game room. The side yard did not exist. It was not landscaped at all. Bulbs blown out on the deck Edison lighting. Property not cleaned or maintained properly at all.
