Brad, As you know, I recently had 8 adult men, mostly retired and in our 60’s and 70’s, stay at your house for a two-night, three-day golf outing. We were very disappointed that your main family room TV had no sound. We tried several remotes and the TV itself. Plus, we could not get the second TV (upstairs) to even turn on. We tried all your suggestions: •checking all the plugs to be sure they were solidly plugged in•checking the sound button on the TV•re-setting the routerWe all have similar TV’s at home and are familiar with the technology. We were very disappointed that there was no one locally who could come help us with the problem. The eight of us left your house with the feeling that your TV’s are just down right broken. Obviously, we were all very disappointed at not being able to watch sports. Other than the TV’s, your house was very nice. The TV’s were very big black mark for us. Unless you indicate that your TV’s have been replaced, I could not recommend renting your house in the future. A simple fix for your future guests.
