« This extended stay did not have some common amenities, such as washcloth and hand towels provided or even shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Though there is a kitchenette, I did not realize guests had to purchase from them the dishware, utensils, and cooking pots and pans. It made my stay challenging as it was not as expected. They would benefit from giving the room I was in a thorough cleaning and a method to freshen the smell of it. It was likely worth what was paid. I just thought I got...
