« My and my husband's stay at this accommodation was truly wonderful. The size of the space was perfect—neither too big nor too small, making it feel cozy yet comfortable. « I have stayed in many properties in Australia and overseas. None compare with 47 Perry Street. Margaret is a most generous and thoughtful host. The property is exceptionally comfortable and well located. Every comfort you could look for is there. I cannot recommend it sufficiently highly. »

« What a fabulous property. Fabulously clean and comfortable and beautifully appointed with everything you could need for a stay in Mudgee. Everything has been thought of to ensure total comfort. Easy walk to all town amenities and an easy drive ot cab ride to local wineries. Will definitely recommend to friends and will stay again when we nect vivist. »

« The big things are well taken care of: comfy bed, well-stocked kitchen (pots, utensils etc), dishwasher and fridge, spacious and airy with high ceilings. Its also the little things that set this into the top class: toothbrush and shaver in case you forget yours; lavendar oil to helo you sleep, hand moisturiser in the kitchen and bathroom. Ten out of ten! »

« Neat, clean, short drive into centre (but walking distance to supermarket). Nice fenced yard for the dog. Very convenient, tidy accommodation. Could do with a few more kitchen bits and pieces, but has everything you need for the basics. Close to a few parks and dog park. Would stay again. »
