Charmant Cottage Fenwick Bayfront !! Couchers de soleil spectaculaires !!

  • Cette propriété gérée par le propriétaire est l'endroit de vacances pour vous !!! Des vues sur l'eau sans fin raviront dans toutes les directions. Des couchers de soleil incroyables peuvent être vus des deux très grands ponts. Ce chalet Bayfront lumineux et confortablement décoré a été entièrement rénové il y a quelques années. Les propriétaires tiennent cette propriété à jour et apportent des améliorations chaque année.

    Le chalet de deux chambres / deux salles de bain complètes est entièrement équipé pour vous permettre de passer des vacances reposantes ou un week-end hors saison. Le chalet aura toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin de draps, serviettes de bain, laveuse et sécheuse, cuisine complète, TV dans le salon et les deux chambres avec WIFI gratuit. Une chambre (mezzanine / salle de bain complète) a deux lits queen et la deuxième chambre au rez-de-chaussée a également un lit queen. Les deux chambres ont une vue magnifique sur l'eau et sont au bord de l'eau. Vous disposerez également d'un barbecue à gaz weber pour cuisiner à l'extérieur deux vélos ainsi que deux kayaks.

    Apportez votre bateau, vous pouvez l'amarrer au quai situé sur la propriété. Accès facile à la baie d'Assawomen et à quelques minutes de tous les «points chauds» d'Ocean City

       Cette propriété réserve très rapidement en raison de la zone décontractée dans laquelle nous sommes situés à quelques minutes des plages du Delaware et du Maryland.

    Le chalet est idéal pour vos vacances en famille ou en couple. Nous sommes hors de la route 54 à seulement 2 miles des plages.

    Tous les tarifs affichés incluent toutes les taxes et tous les frais.
    Les frais pour les animaux de compagnie sont de 85 $. 00 pour un week-end et 175 $. 00 pour un séjour hebdomadaire. Le système ne peut pas calculer la différence entre les week-ends et les semaines complètes. J'ajusterai les frais pour animaux de compagnie lorsque je verrai les frais sur votre demande de réservation.

    Le chalet sera loué pour trois week-ends hors saison. Pendant les mois d'été, nous louons des semaines complètes du vendredi au vendredi. Veuillez nous contacter pour tous les détails.

    Cette propriété est détenue et exploitée par Paul et Jessica Lebling. Nous sommes locaux et prendrons soin de tous vos besoins. Traitez directement avec un propriétaire et non avec un courtier ou une société de gestion qui pourrait ne pas retourner vos appels.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely property. The house was warm and welcoming and the view from the porches was beautiful and peaceful. The location is close to the beach and other attractions. We would definitely return to this property.

Best Stay!

This is my third stay at this beautiful cottage on the bay and I continue to be blown away by the beauty of the property. It is always spotlessly clean and I feel the owners go above and beyond by providing sheets, towels and bathroom and kitchen soaps for the stay. This is my absolute favorite place to stay when I’m craving a beach vacation!

Fenwick cottage

This home was located with spectacular views. Sunsets were incredibly. The dock was nice for fishing and crabbing. We totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Great stay by the Bay

We had a lovely and relaxing week at this Fenwick cottage. It is just as described right on the bay with beautiful views and a quiet setting. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Peaceful retreat

Off season, a peaceful cottage to relax, unwind, and get away. Beautiful bay sunsets right from your back porches. Paul was a pleasure to work with. Close drive to Ocean City, too. An all around enjoyable stay!

Just Perfect!

We had a great time at the Fenwick cottage! It had everything we could possibly need. It was so relaxing sitting outside on the decks watching the water, sunsets, birds, etc. We didn't want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay in Selbyville. The property was perfect, exactly as the photos portray, and it’s incredibly clean. Also pet friendly. We didn’t have to ask for anything. Everything was there. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the upper deck in the mornings and at sunset. We were able to see jellyfish, turtles, and even a stingray right off the dock. We found the location very central to our areas of interest. Just 40 minutes to Assateague where we visited several times during our stay. We enjoyed driving through Ocean City on the way. The beaches are stunning and we loved both the beach at Fenwick and at Assateague. Both were also dog friendly. Everyone was lovely to us and very welcoming. We will definitely be returning!

We had a great Spring Break in Fenwick Cottage.

My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the bay, kayaking, and the quick drive to the beach for glorious sunrises. Easy drives to Assateague and Chincoteague were also a big plus! Everything was clean and met all of our needs in the cottage. We hope to return some day.

Fenwick Cottage

Perfect location. Quiet but convenient to dining and shopping. Love the neighborhood, perfect for walking dogs. Our two small dogs loved it. One had visited before and remembered the vacation routine. We’ll be back!

Lovely Little Cottage

Our stay at the Fenwick Island Cottage is one we will not forget! The cottage was very cute, clean and in a nice and quiet location. It was just what I was hoping it to be and my family enjoyed the peacefulness as much as I did. I have told many friends and coworkers about this location. I'm definitely planning to come back again soon.

Quiet and Scenic Retreat Near The Shore

The place was clean and neat. It looked as good or better than posted pictures. The upper deck was our favorite place to chill. It is very near restaurants and other conveniences of Rt. 54 going into Fenwick Island while offering a very peaceful setting in a quiet neighborhood at the tip of small pennisula
The home to the left at the tip of the pennisula has this platform where a family of ospreys had their home.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with our 2 dogs. It was equipped with everything plus more! I love that the balconies were completely enclosed and you also supplied a baby gate. Thank you! The location was close to bars and restaurants. The views were stunning! The bathroom shower had great water pressure. We will definitely return! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Bayberry Cottage is the best

Really nice rental, well stocked, in a great location in Fenwick / Selbyville. Close to OCMD (Northern end) and many restaurants without having to go into OCMD. VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS....Morning sun rises from the kitchen; beautiful sunsets from either the 1st or 2nd floor decks!! Hoping to get back soon!

Bayberry cottage was great! Gorgeous views! Comfortable beds, updated bathrooms. And Paul was great for pre planning logistics. There was quite a bit of street maintenance for a water line upgrade during our stay so a little inconvenience getting to/from the property a few times. But no fault of anyone…just the way it goes. Would definitely revisit this VRBO and we very much enjoyed Fenwick Island and all of the local fare. Thanks for a nice relaxing few days.

Fantastic views

House with beautiful views of the bay. Super comfortable and relaxing. Great covered deck to enjoy coffee in the morning. Sometimes too relaxing. We got a late start to the day. 4 adults stayed and we had 15 others in the area. We had plenty of parking when we all got together. Enjoyed a nice cookout.
