    The Space:

    This beautiful and elegant home is situated on the quiet third block of Laurel Street. Relax or enjoy dinner alfresco on the furnished front porch. In the early mornings, you can hear the ocean waves crashing on the shore. Lounge together in the comfortable living room after a full day of exploring the area. When hunger strikes, take advantage of the well-appointed kitchen with bar seating and stainless steel appliances. The backyard has a lovely sitting area and grill for warm nights when outdoor dining is calling your name. This home is less than a mile from the boardwalk and beach and less than a half-mile to the shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Avenue. It’s close to all the action while maintaining the allure of a relaxing escape. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW Two twin beds in the upstairs foyer are available as additional sleeping options. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The fireplace is disabled and not for guest use.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. The house was spacious, clean and well-maintained. All appliances were working in good order. Its location is ideal, in a quiet street and yet close to the boardwalk and the center of town.We certainly recommend this house for a stay in Rehoboth.

Relaxed weekend

The home was very nicely located right in the heart of rohoboth beach. All of the amenities necessary were there in a bright and cheerful atmosphere. If you're looking for a place at rehobuth, this home is for you. There is a tremendous amount of space for a large family, and it sleeps many, many people.

Girls’ Weekend Out

Wonderful house with everything we needed to have fun and enjoy the charms of Rehoboth! From check-in to check-out, the house offered comfortable gathering spots and really great bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need, and the home was clean and really well cared-for. The weather was cold and rainy but we had a great weekend because of the house! Will definitely book again!

Beautiful home, perfect location

I had a great long weekend here with extended family at this home, just steps away from downtown Rehoboth. Plenty of bedrooms, but the huge open common areas made the stay very comfortable, even with all 8 of us. Will be back at this one!

Beautiful and relaxing vacation

We loved staying in this house at Rehoboth beach! The house was spacious and well laid out. We particularly enjoyed that there was room for all of us (9 people) to gather in the living room and dining table. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms and we felt very comfortable for our stay. The location was great, allowing us to walk to the beach and downtown and avoiding traffic. Would definitely recommend this property!

Very Nice House in a Great Location

The house was even nicer than pictured and very clean upon arrival. The location is walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk (10-15 minutes), as well as two local parks (including a great playground at the elementary school). We also enjoyed the shuffle board table in the living room, as well as the seating on the front porch.
