This was a senior girl's trip LOL. We had the most amazing time at Family Friendly Bird Lovers Paradise. This home is beautiful, clean & spacious. It was a plus that everything was on one floor. The kitchen was well stocked & there was enough room for everyone to relax & just chill. We had unfortunate timing of "Erin", which didn't give us great weather, but that didn't stop us ladies, we still had a great time enjoying each other & the beautiful home. There were a few who were daring enough to get in the pool (not me) even though it was a little chilly due to Erin. All in all I highly recommend Lynne's place!!

The house was a decent size but it is not designed to sleep 15 we had mostly younger children so 5 could sleep on the floors but adults would not be very comfortable! The littlest loved the pool it was an awesome time passer when we were not at the beach. The house only has the bare minimum of stuff that they provide. The children had a great weekend so that is all that really matters!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vrbo rental. The pool was the perfect size for our grandchildren, 3- 51/2 year old and a 2 1/2 year old. We had enough room for the 9 of us and the neighborhood is family friendly and quiet. The hostess instructions for our stay were clear and concise and we would love to return! Lynne was very easy to communicate with.

Rehoboth Beach Rental

The house itself, overall was great! The layout was perfect, there was plenty of space and it was clean. We rented the home to celebrate my daughter’s Sweet 16 (she opted out of a party to spend a few days with her friends). I specifically chose this home for the pool, which was a major disappointment. I brought tubes and floats for the pool, but they couldn’t even fit them in there. The pool is about 10-12 ft long and went from around 3ft to 5 ft deep. The landscaping is beautiful, so the kids (5 teenagers) were in the pool for a few minutes (not much to do except stand there), but took lots of nice pictures. We attempted to use the grill, but it was extremely dirty and wouldn’t ignite. I would not recommend this home if you are looking to enjoy the outside and pool, BUT as I mentioned earlier, the actual house is great!

This house was gorgeous! It is way bigger than it looks in the pictures. It is all one level which is great for lugging luggage in and out. They had everything we needed from hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc.The house was super clean and welcoming. By far the best house we have stayed at. We will be back next year!

Family beach trip

We had a wonderful stay. The house accommodated all ages. We enjoyed the porch and the pool. We drove to rehoboth beach, Lewes beach and Bethany beach. We enjoyed the boardwalk at rehobeth. All in all great location for all ages.

Can't say enough good things about our stay!

Our stay at this house was fantastic. The house is very spacious and the pool/outside area is lovely. The neighborhood is quiet but we found that even playing music in the house you couldn't hear it from other rooms, so we had no concerns. Great location and easy to get ubers to popular places nearby. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Rented this house for a spring break getaway with family. House was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood close to the beaches and many restaurants - easily accessible with a quick drive. Enjoyed our stay and would return. The kids had a wonderful time.

We had a relaxing time in this home. The host was kind, warm and helpful. The home is very neat and clean. Its convenient for families and very close to all sorts of restaurants, beaches and parks. Absolutely loved it!!

Clean and Spacious, but Not Enough Baths

We’ve rented houses 2-3x/yr x ~8yrs, so we’re experienced. We were here for our annual family weekend gathering less than 10min away and needed room for 7a/5k/1i. We had to be more flexible than usual since we booked only 2 mos out and this was what was available with the room we needed. Things we liked: The house is one level but has so much space! It was well laid out, clean, and nicely decorated. Close to Rehoboth beach and the main strip of stores/outlets, so convenient. The wide driveway is v. accommodating. If parked well, everyone can move in and out freely. The neighborhood is tidy, quiet, and feels safe. The owner seemed really nice and it showed in how the procedures manual was worded. Here are the things we enjoyed in other rentals that would make this one perfect for us: We were most looking forward to the hot tub, but the water was cloudy and gross slimy debris was floating up out of the filter. The chemicals were really strong, seemed out of balance. We ran the jets to see if that would help filter out debris but it only made lots of foam with some yellow-brown peaks. The filter definitely needs to be cleaned and/or the water replaced. Only 3 people can fit, so be aware. If the person/company responsible for hot tub maint. (and towels, see below) is taking money to do a poor job, this deserves the owner’s follow-up. The TV in the living room was not working, which was a huge disappointment for our plans. We are all savvy with electronics but no dice. Surprisingly for such a steep linen fee, the house was under-stocked with washcloths, and they weren’t distributed well - we had to hunt around in the diff. baths to find some and still not enough. Some of the ones that were there were thinning/old and of poor quality. One had black spots on it - mold staining? Wall mirror in 1st King suite sb secured better than it is for safety. Trash was left in outdoor bins by previous renters - since they were full and we were asked to, we ended up taking all the trash out to the curb, not just the one 13gal sized bag we generated for the whole stay. We only slept here, no cooking or eating, because we were with other family at their house all day every day. In practice, there ended up not being enough baths for us, and we should have had a plan for showering in shifts. There is just 1 shared bath for the 2 rooms that sleep 8 people combined. You def. have to rotate in & out of the 2 king suites. but it’s still tight.
